Pleasant Cove requires a three-night minimum stay
and can host a maximum of 10 guests.
There is a $100 USD cleaning fee and $1,000 USD refundable deposit per stay.
Rates (inclusive of all fees and taxes) are:
- $1,000 USD per night
- $5,000 USD per week (7 nights)
- $20,000 USD per month

- Fully furnished house plus private swimming pool & hot tub
- Private beach
- Daily maid service
- Beach towels
- Pool house with shower and toilet
- Whole house internet
- Covered parking for 2 vehicles
- Bottled water
- Daily trash pickup

- Private chef and catering

- Watersports (kayaking, jet skis, parasailing)
- Glass bottom boat tours
- Eco tours through the Tobago Main Ridge Forest Reserve
